At Our Practice, There is No “I†In Teamwork

There are great dentists, there are great dental assistants and there are great dental hygienists, but if you have a team full of “greats” that don’t work great together, you have nothing. At Lakeshore Family Dentistry, we understand this very real truth, which is why we are devoting a whole day to the advancement of our team as a whole.
On Friday March 28th, our entire team will have the honor of being able to listen to motivational speaker, Dave Weber, discuss what made him the fun, energetic success that he is today. What we glean from him, we will apply in our practice where we see fit.
Working as a team—both internally and with our patients—is of upmost importance to us, and for your benefit, we hope to only become a stronger team than we already are.
