Changing the Game of Dentistry, One Patient At A Time

At Lakeshore Family Dentistry, we are always looking for ways to improve our in-office experience for our patients. Oftentimes, this means continuing our education through training seminars, conferences and study clubs. One of the most recent study clubs we attended was on Game Changing Relationships.
Relationships based on trust are key to obtaining the results we want for our patients. When we heard that Joan Unterschutz, a physiologist and renowned dental team management consultant, was going to be speaking at our next study club in the Twin Cities, we couldn’t help but to see it as fate—the perfect note to end another great year on, and the perfect way to start 2015.
Ms. Unterschutz firmly believes that through “relationships, choice, health and strategy,” we—meaning you and our team—can co-create our visions for your smile into reality. With this philosophy in mind, she went on to show us how we could implement a few key organizational systems into our practice to highly improve the in-office experience and long-term well-being of the White Bear Lake community members we serve.
